Ten years ago I‘ve decided not to take any more events on Shabbat (Saturday), seemingly a puzzling decision, there were quite a few appeals for glittering wedding and Bar Mitzvah events on Saturdays, but the decision was made and contrary to common sense the business has only soared since.
